About Me

I am a 33 year old woman from England who has been pencilling since I was ten years old. One of my first penpals was a woman from the USA who quickly became my mentor and confidant at a time when I was struggling to trust adults. She is still one of my dearest friends to this day, although our friendship has moved and changed over the years. 

Since then I have had many penpals over the years and while some have faded out and we have both chosen to go our separate ways eventually, others have grown and developed into strong friendships. 

For me pencilling is about the journey, getting to know each other, learning about different people and different ways of life as much as it is about meeting new friends.
